The key stages of our story.
Digit’Ed was established in June 2022 by the merger of Intesa Sanpaolo Formazione and Altaformazione (a digital learning specialist with over 30 years’ experience). Our mission: to provide quality learning content to companies and professionals. The year was capped off with the acquisition of a 49% stake in Treccani Accademia.
In January, Digit’Ed expanded its reach into the medical world, with the acquisition of a 70% stake in Accurate.
