[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The five-year partnership aims to support BPER Group in the development and roll-out of its new \u201cB:Dynamic Full Value 2027\u201d business plan, involving the establishment of a corporate academy to serve all the group\u2019s companies: BPER Banca S.p.A., Banco di Sardegna S.p.A., Banca Cesare Ponti S.p.A., and Bibanca S.p.A.<\/p>\n

The education campaign is designed to steer the professional growth of BPER employees toward the challenges and objectives of the new business plan, which envisages major investments in technology (more than \u20ac500 million) and human capital.<\/p>\n

BPER chose Italy\u2019s number-one education provider Digit\u2019Ed for its deep experience in training and education for the financial sector\u2014and a platform recently awarded the prestigious Brandon Hall Group Technology Excellence Award<\/a> in the Learning and Development area.[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=\"6674\" img_size=\"full\" alignment=\"center\"][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text el_class=\"titolo-evidenziato\"]Innovative Education for the Future of the Banking Sector[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Digitization, technological development, advanced learning methods, top quality content, and an approach that combines academic depth and expert hands-on knowledge to deliver theory and practice all underpin the method Digit\u2019Ed will apply to the academy programs.
